Job Description
We are seeking individuals to evaluate retail stores by visiting them in person and providing detailed feedback on various aspects of the customer experience. As a Retail Store Evaluator, you will be responsible for assessing customer service, cleanliness, product displays, and overall ambiance. Your observations and insights will help retailers improve their operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

5. Flexibility: Willingness to visit different types of retail establishments, including grocery stores, boutiques, and department stores.
6. Mobility: Physical ability to travel to different locations within the assigned area to conduct evaluations.
7. Tech-Savviness: Comfortable using mobile devices or tablets to document observations and submit reports electronically.
8. Professionalism: Professional demeanor when interacting with store staff and management during visits.
9. Confidentiality: Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of evaluation assignments and proprietary information.
10. Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate store operating hours.
Preferred Qualifications
– Previous experience in retail, customer service, or mystery shopping is a plus but not required.
– Access to reliable transportation to travel to assigned store locations.
